Aldm Brian Blaauw Nat. Dipl, Coun, M.Tech (2010)
Brian
is our Leader, Eden region Business Unit and Simunye’s General Manager.
As an engaging facilitator, Brian draws on natural passions and aptitudes and his executive leadership experienced gained in both the public and private sectors. His work with young people over many years inspires his nurturing and mentoring style.

Ms Sharon Adams Dipl. ETD, ETDP, M.Tech (2010)
Sharon is our Leader, Western Cape Business Unit.
Being a creative and self-starting leader, Sharon has influenced and optimised organisations of varying complexities and sizes in the Social, Public and Corporate sectors. She has a deep passion for the development of people who demonstrate appreciation for, and commitment to, their personal development. Her training and facilitation skills have been honed over many years in private practice, and she functions equally well from grass roots to executive and strategic levels.

Mr Sanjiv Ranchod B.Tech, MBA, D.Tech (2010)
Sanjiv is our Leader, Eastern Cape Business Unit.
With the wide networking experiences gained over the years, Sanjiv has developed his consulting skills to assist small to medium enterprise and mentoring upcoming leaders. Sanjiv is passionate about teaching and facilitating, having lectured in Marketing and Operations Management at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth.

Ms Janis Wylie BA, Dip Ed, M.Phil (2011)
Originally educated in Scotland, with a background in Psychology and Education, Janis has over 30 years training, development and management experience in Southern Africa. She is an accredited Project Manager, Facilitator and Assessor; involved in the development of Senior Managers in the Education Department and building institutional capacity. She is also a published author on Curriculum Development and a researcher in the field of Human Rights.

T/Dr. Luthando Prinsloo B.Sc, M.Th, Phd (2012)
Luthando is our Institute Director.
Having started out as a naval officer, Luthando’s leadership career spans thirty years which has seen him in executive and consulting roles in various countries and sectors. He consults, lectures and facilitates from a practitioner-researcher approach, channeling his research energy into innovation of fusion philosophies, African-inspired practices and unique development experiences.

Ms Lerato Nhlapo BA, Dip HR, M.Tech (2010)
Lerato is our leader, Gauteng Business Unit.
With an insatiable interest in people development, matched with entrepreneurial passion and a commitment to excellence, Lerato is a sought-after practitioner. She is a human resources practitioner, management consultant and change facilitator within the large corporate sector.

Ms Estelle Blaauw Nat Dipl, Dipl. Edu Man, M.Tech (2012)
Estelle is our Leader, Schools leadership.
As coach and facilitator, Estelle draws on natural passions and aptitudes and her organisational and school leadership experiences gained in an exciting school career. Her work with young people over many years supports her unique nurturing facilitation style.
